Description
Spraying-bonded cotton, also known as spraying bonded polyester wadding, is a kind of non woven fabric. It is the space cotton or vacuum cotton. It is made from natural cotton fiber, artificial fiber or synthetic fiber after opening, carding, spraying, baking, and curing. Due to its volume, high compression resilience, wet resistance and dry washing, the quality of the light and warmth, etc, in recent years, this spraying-bonded cotton has become an indispensable material in some industrial supplies, such as cotton-padded jacket, ski jacket, space suit and quilts, sleeping bags, bedding and so on.

Spraying bonded polyester wadding is a layer of insulation used in quilting between a top layer of the upholstery ticking and a bottom layer of the backing material.
