Spray Bonded Cotton Production Line
Description
The spray bonded cotton production line is mainly applied to high spray adhesive cotton and imitation silk cotton. This spray-bonded cotton line is used for hot melt cotton and filter material to finalize and set up. The finished products are widely used in clothing, embroidery, bedding, furniture, etc. The spraying collodion drying machine adopts positive and negative spray adhesive, heated by steam, conduction oil or direct-fired heating. Then the thermal efficiency of the spray bonded cotton production line is high with six floors blowing down to suck on air duct and hot air convection.

The spray-bonded cotton line is mainly used for producing spray-bonded wadding and glue-free wadding. The end products are widely used for garments, bedding, furniture, etc. All the products are of high quality, elastic and soft, just like down feather.
