Cotton Blending Machine
Description
The cotton blend machine is applied to various fibers mixture of needle punched equipment, spewing adhesive equipment, non-adhesive cotton equipment, hard cotton equipment, man-made silk and cotton equipment. It is applicable to the mixture in proportion of different fiber quality. This cotton blender is controlled jointly by photoelectricity to mix different fiber blend evenly.
Features
1. Designed with PLC control system, connected with the PLC of front and back machine, this cotton blend machine can achieve synchronous running.
2. Although fiber is of intensive three times mixture, it can be even blended by the cotton blender.
3. The pressure in hopper can be automatically monitored, thus the machine is easy to control bale plucker to start or stop.
4. Feed lattice and spike lattice of the cotton blend machine are controlled by motor with inverter, which can realize stepless regulation speed.
5. This kind of cotton blender is controlled by sensitive detecting section, which can obtain continuous running of the whole process.
