Description
This needle board, also known as needle plate, is a tool to assist in pressing fabrics with a pile that is easily crushed, such as velvet. Originally rows of fine needles are anchored in a board or heavy canvas, hence, needle board is one of heat resistant materials. The needle plate is mainly used in acupuncture needle, high strength magnesium alloy materials, surface plating for PU leather, drilling with advanced CNC numerical control machine, etc.

Features
1.The needle board is applied to press velvet and pile fabrics. And it stops flattening or imprinting of pile while pressing.
2.The rubber base of the needle plate is heat-resistant.
3.The needle board can prevent a seam ridge from appearing on the face or right side of pile fabrics when pressed.
