Description
Using a triangular or other shaped cross section or a barbed hook on the edge, the needle punching machine can puncture repeatedly to the netting. The fiber web which is formed by cross-laying or airlaying is very fluffy, when feeding into this nonwoven equipment. This is because the strength is produced by the holding force between the fiber and fiber. But the strength is poor, when several pricking pins penetrate into fiber web, the hook of the needle will drive on the fiber of fabric surface and second surface from the fabric plane direction to vertical direction. In thus way, the needle punching machine makes the fiber up and down, then the up and down fiber produces certain extrusion. Then the fiber in fiber net is compressed by closing up.
After reaching a certain depth, the pricking needle of nonwoven equipment begins to rebound. As a result of barbed hook shifting straight-forward, fiber from the barbed hook is almost in a vertical state in fabric. This is the same as many fiber bundle "pin", which is nailed into the fabric. And the fabric becomes nonwoven products, featuring in certain strength, density and elasticity.

A needle machine is composed of panels, chassis, connecting rod, eccentric, eccentric bearing, guide pin, guide sleeve, sealers, spindle, spindle bearing, flywheel, balance disc, housings, walking beam, connecting rod, plate, strip plates, bottom insert needle plate, needle beam, lift worm gear, the drive roller, main motor and front-rear motor.

Attention
1.Pay attention to safety of needle punching machine in utilization. When the phone is switched on, the first thing is to open warning device and remind others that the nonwoven equipment is running soon. When there is abnormal sound in machine, it should stop immediately, and check.
