Copper Sleeve
Features
1. The copper sleeve belongs to structural materials. Its lubrication performance, wear resistance and corrosion resistant performance is good, and it is suitable for bimetal casting materials.
2. The surface pressure of copper sleeve is high. Equipped with lateral pressure bearing, it can be made cooling pipe of cold rolling mill. Its impact resistance load can be up to 50 Mpa.
Application
The copper sleeve can be used as wearing parts under high load (below 20 Mpa) and high sliding speed (8 m/s) working environment.

- Connecting Rod
The forging process forces the grain into the shape of a connecting rod, resulting in a superior fatigue life. The rod cap is forged separately so that the grain runs perpendicular to the load forces, which strengthens the connecting rod. This connecting bar also includes higher content of nickel and chrome, which increases the strength and fatigue life without making the connecting rod brittle.
