Non-glue Cotton Production Line
Description
This non-glue cotton production line is applied to manufacture solid quality cotton and non-collodion. There are two ways to transfer cotton mesh, one is chain plate clipping type, whose surface is coated with Teflon, and the other is clipped double teflon mesh. The top layer of those non-glue fabric machines can be adjusted and output part equipped with cooling roller and cooling fan device.
Characteristics
This whole non-glue cotton production line is used for producing non-glue cotton. The glue-free wadding produced by those non-glue fabric machines is replacement of sponge. The production line can be suitable for exclusive mattress, sofa cushion, filtering material and acoustic felt. The glue-free wadding dryer adopts stainless steel chain plate structure, thus can ensure the smoothness and flatness of product surface.
