Description

The carding equipment is located in the spinning process between the blow room and the drawing frame. It cleans and parallelizes the fibers. The resulting card web is then formed into a tape and placed into a can. The working elements are taker-in, main cylinder, card top and doffing cylinder. This kind of carding machine is suitable for 1.5d~20d*38~65mm, polyester, polypropylene fiber, viscose, nylon and other man-made fiber carding.

All of the rolls are covered with metallic wire instead of fillet wire, again giving you the best carding quality and allowing you to change fiber color or type with less than five minutes cleaning time.
4. The carding equipment is stable in operation and low in noise. Lubricating oil is only needed to be checked regularly to reduce the wear and tear of the carding machine.
