Description
In the process of producing, instead of using the traditional weaving process of the fabrics, the medium speed needle production line uses triangle needles averagely punching in the cotton web to make the fibers directly tangle together. This needle process line can control the density, intensity, and function of the fabrics by needle density, needle depth, needle number, and other physical elements. No water, air, heat and chemicals are needed at all. It is a kind of pure physical and mechanical bonding method, saving energy and non-pollution.

Application
The medium speed needle production line is used for producing the basic fabric of artificial leather, shoe material, filter, water-proof tarpaulin cloth and so on. This needle process line is suitable for normal nonwoven production such as needle stinging cotton, shoe material, labor clothes, etc.

The medium speed needle production line is used for non-woven reinforcement and modification of Bude. Needle process line with wide working width is specially used to make wide geotextile products. It is suitable for production of common nonwovens such as needle punched nonwovens, asphalt felt substrate, geotextile etc. Three kinds of structural style for this machine are pre-needling, upstroke and down-stroke.
