Roll Machine

Description
Roll machine is a finished product collecting device for non-woven fabric production line. This rolling equipment has transmission mechanism, counter, cloth guide roller, expanding roller set, the first roller, the second roller, the third roller and frame. The fork is above the first roller, and is connected with fork cylinder fixed on the frame. Beside the first roller, pressure rod and rod base is equipped, while pressure lever is connected with a pressure rod cylinder fixed on the frame. At the same time, the pressure rod of the roll machine on the seat body is equipped with the reset spring and is connected with frame. The front of the first roller has roll valve and cutter, and cutter  of the rolling equipment is connected with cutter cylinder fixed on frame. Before the second roller, push rod is equipped and is connected with rod cylinder fixed at the frame. Among this, the second pressure rod is equipped on the top of the upper part of the second and third roller, while the second pressure rod is connected with the second pressure rod cylinder fixed at the frame.
This roll machine consists of frame, winding up roller, cutting knife, cutting knife roller, the roller, lift cylinder and drive motor, etc. It is applicable to non-woven cloth winding process, and can achieve the required length. Longitudinal cutting knife uses cylinder lift and is easy to adjust. Then the rolling equipment is smooth in operation and low in noise.
