Description
Non woven fabric is also known as unwoven fabric or unwoven cloth. Nonwoven fabric is a fabric-like material made from long fibers, bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat or solvent treatment. The term is used in the textile manufacturing industry to denote fabrics, such as felt, which is neither woven nor knitted. In recent years, unwoven cloth has become an alternative to polyurethane foam.

Classification of Unwoven Cloth
1. Geotextile Fabric
Geotextile fabrics, is a kind of non woven fabric, come in three basic forms, that is, woven (looks like mail bag sacking), needle punched (looks like felt ), or heat bonded (looks like ironed felt). Geotextile composites have been introduced and products such as geogrids and meshes have been developed.
2. Synthetic Leather
Synthetic leather, often called leather or vinyl, is an unwoven fabric created as a substitute for leather in clothing, upholstery, and other uses.
3. Felt Fabric
Felt Fabric is an unwoven cloth that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing woollen fibers. Some types of felt are very soft, while some are tough enough to form construction materials. Felt can be any color, and can be made into any shape or size.
4. Spraying Bonded Cotton/ Polyester Wadding
Spraying-bonded cotton (polyester wadding), is a kind of non woven fabric, which is also known as space vacuum cotton. It is made from natural cotton fiber, artificial fiber or synthetic fiber after opening, carding, spraying, baking, and curing. Due to its volume, high compression resilience, resistance to wet and dry washing, the quality of the light and warmth, etc, in recent years, this unwoven cloth has become an indispensable material in some industrial supplies, such as  cotton-padded jacket, ski jacket, space suit and quilts, sleeping bags, bedding and so on.

5. Non-glue Cotton
Non-glue cotton, a kind of unwoven cloth, is an advanced material for filling, keeping warm, absorbing sound and filtering. This unwoven fabric has good air permeability, good heat retention, light weight, strong resilience, ageing resistance, resistance to water, no mildew, etc. This non woven fabric is widely used in domestic and international new materials, and an alternative to spray adhesive cotton, and sponge. The unwoven cloth can be used for mattress, cushion, sofa cushion, bra, quilting, sleeping bags, bedding, gloves, footwear, software sound-absorbing materials, air filtration material, roof insulation, sound insulation wall body, car roof, battery separator and so on.

Features
It is a kind of unwoven cloth that doesn't need to be formed by spinning weaving fabric. This unwoven fabric is just formed by the short fibers or filament textile for directional or random supporting columns. And then we used mechanical, thermal or chemical methods to reinforce. This non woven fabric breaks through the traditional principle of textile. It just has a short process flow. And it is of high production efficiency, high output, low cost, wide application, etc.

Application
1.This non woven fabric can be used for medical and health fields, such as gown, protective clothing, masks, diapers, civil cloth, wiping cloth, wet towel, magic towel, soft towel roll, beauty products, sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, and disposable sanitary articles, etc.
2.The unwoven cloth is applied to home decoration, such as wall cloth, table cloth, bed sheets, bedspread, etc.
3. This unwoven fabric can be applicable to clothing field, such as cotton lining, lining, flocculus, fixed cotton, all kinds of synthetic leather base cloth, etc.
4. The non woven fabric is suitable to industrial field, such as roofing waterproof coiled material and base material, reinforced material, asphalt tile polishing materials, filter materials, insulation materials, cement packing bag, nonwoven fabric and coated fabric, etc.
5. This unwoven cloth is also used in agricultural field, such as crop protection cloth, raising seedling irrigation cloth, cloth, insulation curtain, etc.
6. The unwoven fabric can be also applied in other fields, such as space cotton, heat preservation sound insulation materials, linoleum, cigarette filter, bags, tea bags, shoes, etc.

Manufacturing Processes
Non woven fabrics are typically manufactured by putting small fibers together in the form of a sheet or web, and then binding them either mechanically with an adhesive, or thermally.
