1. Needle Punching Machine
Using a triangular or other shaped cross section or a barbed hook on the edge, this kind of non-woven equipment can puncture repeatedly to the netting. The fiber web which is formed by cross-laying or airlaying is very fluffy, when feeding into this nonwoven machine. This is because the strength is produced by the holding force between the fiber and fiber. But the strength is poor, when several pricking pins penetrate into fiber web, the hook of the needle will drive on the fiber of fabric surface and second surface from the fabric plane direction to vertical direction. In thus way, the non-woven equipment makes the fiber up and down, then the up and down fiber produces certain extrusion.
2. Carding Machine
The nonwoven machine is located in the spinning process between the blow room and the drawing frame. It cleans and parallelizes the fibers. The resulting card web is then formed into a tape and placed into a can. The working elements are taker-in, main cylinder, card top and doffing cylinder.
3. Lapper Machine
This kind of non-woven equipment will spread combed fiber web to a certain width and thickness, then the fiber web is put to the next working procedure after pressure transmission. Adopting frequency conversion motor, the inclined curtain, annular curtain, bottom curtain of nonwoven machine can control the in and out of the cotton net speed. The reciprocating curtain is controlled by PLC frequency conversion section, and equipped with synchronous belt transmission to ensure the crepe fabric not strain, and make gram weight everywhere of the output cotton net width evenly. Each web curtain adopts differential compensation, thus reducing fabric drafting. Output shade adopts worm gear elevator, which is convenient to adjust.
4. Opening Machine
This kind of non-woven equipment is excellent in opening effect after various bundle fiber loose, and the fan input process. The nonwoven machine can make the large tangle fiber into small pieces or fasciculation through tearing, and can blend and decontaminate at the same time during the release process.

5. Packer Machine / Packing Machine
The nonwoven machine is suitable for spraying collodion cotton packaging, making up the bad elasticity and high packaging fee of spray glue cotton vacuum. The machine features simple operation and no power facilities. This non-woven equipment is an ideal supplemental tool for increasing quality grade and cost savings of spraying collodion factory, and improving the market competition ability.
6. Roll Machine / Rolling Machine
This nonwoven machine consists of frame, winding up roller, cutting knife, cutting knife roller, the roller, lift cylinder and drive motor, etc. It is applicable to non-woven cloth winding process, and can achieve the required length. Longitudinal cutting knife uses cylinder lift and is easy to adjust. The non-woven equipment is smooth in operation and low in noise.
